Service

Ken Mentor is an educational AI mentoring service operated by Kenneth Yepez as a sole proprietor. The service provides personalized practices, learning roadmaps, AI-generated guidance, subscriptions, completion certificates for eligible annual members, and optional private sessions.

General-audience use

Ken Mentor is designed to provide age-appropriate educational guidance for a general audience; it does not require an 18+ age gate. If you are not old enough to accept contracts where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms, authorize account creation and paid features, and supervise your use. Do not submit a child's sensitive personal information.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and for lawful use of the service. Do not use Ken Mentor to harm others, violate rights, evade safeguards, seek dangerous or illegal instructions, or submit information you are not authorized to share.

AI limitations and safety

AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. Ken Mentor is educational and is not legal, medical, financial, crisis, or other licensed professional advice. Review outputs before relying on them. The tutor may refuse unsafe requests and redirect users to a trusted adult, emergency service, or qualified professional when appropriate.

Subscriptions

Premium is offered monthly or annually. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple through your App Store account; web purchases are processed by Stripe. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Profile → Manage Plan to open the appropriate Apple or Stripe subscription controls.

Certificate and sessions

The completion certificate is included with the annual plan after the annual roadmap requirements are completed. Private sessions are separate 45-minute purchases and require a scheduling request after payment.

Termination and changes

We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel before renewal.
